Basil Pesto

For 2 servings


  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 25 g basil
  • 10 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until they are golden brown. Then let them cool down.
  2. In a mixer, mix the pine nuts, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt until an even mass is achieved. Then add basil and mix together briefly.
